Returns

If you would like to return an item, please email us at info@peshte-mall.com to inform us and then ship your back within 15 days of your order arrival once our team approve your exchange.  PESHTE-MALL is not responsible for any shipping and shipping back charges. We have the right to refuse late refund request, which is later than 15 days of item(s) arrival. Item(s) must be in the same original condition; otherwise we don’t accept return requests.

After we receive and approve your return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as a store credit.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at info@peshte-mall.com to inform us and and then ship your back within 30 days of your order arrival once our team approve your exchange. PESHTE-MALL is not responsible for any shipping and shipping back charges. Item(s) must be in the same original condition; otherwise we don’t accept exchange requests.

After we receive and approve your exchange, we will ship your new order out in 1-2 business days.

Defected Items

If you receive defected item(s), please email pictures to info@peshte-mall.com no later than 7 days. Once we receive the pictures, our team will get back to you shortly. After approval of our team, you may either get your money back or get  credit for your next order.
