PESHTE-MALL ships orders out between 2-10 business dayS.
Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost.
PESHTE-MALL is working with DHL or UPS whichever gives the best service and price to the destination point. Therefore, please be sure that it is our pleasure to find the best price out for you.
PESHTE-MALL is not responsible for duties, storage fees or any local expenses in your country.
Any delays due to the unexpected conditions will be advised to you in advance.

PESHTE-MALL accepts payments via Paypal and Wire Transfer. PESHTE-MALL is not responsible for wire transfer fee that will occur on your side and any commission occurs during Paypal transfer.

If you are not satisfied with any of PESHTE-MALL products, you have right to return them within 10 days of products arrival. Please kindly note that buyer would be responsible for shipping back charges. For further information regarding to returns, please contact us at wholesale@peshte-mall.com
PESHTE-MALL has a right to refuse late refund requests. Late refund refers to the refund requested later than 10 days of products arrival.

If you request an exchange of any of PESHTE-MALL products, you have right to exchange them within 30 days of products arrival. Buyer would be responsible for all shipping charges. Please kindly note that products aren’t in the same original condition are not acceptable. For any further assistance regarding to exchanges, please contact us at wholesale@peshte-mall.com

If you receive defected products, please kindly email pictures to wholesale@peshte-mall.com no later than 7 days. Once we receive the pictures, our team will get back to you shortly. After the approval of our team, you may either get your money back or may get a store credit for your next order.
